VS Oceania partners with over 50 private schools across Sydney to deliver short-term cultural and language exchange programs for Japanese students. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Coordinators and English Teachers to support these programs. If you are passionate about education, culture, and youth exchange, we would love to hear from you!
Coordinator (Honorarium Position)
Role Overview: Program Coordinators play a key role in ensuring each exchange program runs smoothly by liaising with schools, host families, and students.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with partner schools and host families
- Support students and accompanying teachers during the program
- Assist with daily coordination and on-site support
- Ensure smooth communication between all parties
- A unique cross-cultural experience
- Opportunities at schools near your location
- Honorarium paid ($150 per day)
- Meaningful involvement in international education programs
English Teacher (No Teaching Experience Required)(Honorarium Position)
Role Overview: English Teachers support Japanese high school students by helping them build confidence in English through fun, interactive, and communicative lessons. All lesson materials and guidance are provided — no formal teaching experience is required.
What You’ll Do:- Facilitate interactive English lessons and activities
- Encourage students to communicate confidently in English
- Support cultural exchange in an Australian school environment
- A unique cross-cultural experience
- Flexible, program-based arrangements

- Full lesson materials and ongoing support provided
Schools & Program Periods
Programs are held at partner private schools across Sydney. Program dates and schedules vary depending on the school. Full availability during the assigned program period is essential for both roles.
